Behaviour Support

We empower schools to understand, manage and process challenging behaviours through the lens of regulation, trauma, brain development, and relational neurobiology.
We understand the complexities of the modern classroom and go beyond theory to provide practical strategies and hands-on support.
We work alongside teachers, support staff and leaders to address the root causes of challenging behaviours and implement effective solutions.

We’re a team of over 20 therapists, educators and clinicians with expertise across a range of specialties.

Our team includes occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, behaviour specialists and primary and high school educators.

We provide evidence-based, interactive, and trauma-informed support to primary schools, empowering teachers to navigate challenging behaviours and create a positive and safe learning environment for staff and students.

Our approach is grounded in the latest research and tailored to the unique needs of primary school settings. We're here to help teachers feel confident, supported, and equipped to make a real difference in the lives of their students.

What we're hearing from teachers

The overwhelming feedback is that educators are feeling unsafe, unsupported, and burnt out – leading to costly implications across the board.

This leaves your students, especially those with the most complex needs, with limited access to the specialised support they require.

Support staff are often left feeling overwhelmed and underprepared to manage these challenging situations, impacting the wellbeing of both the staff and students.

That’s where we can help!

As a team of Speech, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and educators we specialise in bringing clinical strategies into a classroom setting.

We understand the challenges your school is facing, and we're here to provide the practical, effective support your educators and students need to thrive.

Is this the kind of support you need?
